Paper Submissions are invited for : 

• abstracts for poster sessions;

or

• full papers (up to 10 pages) for paper presentation sessions and publication in the conference proceedings.

 

Full papers will be double blind peer-reviewed. 

 

At least one author must be registered for the conference for poster or paper acceptance.

 

There will be best paper and best student paper awards.

    Format for Paper Submission

    Please Note:  Do not include Author and Affiliation in your paper submission as paper review will be a double blind peer review process 

     If submitting as a student, please indicate your student status in your submission.

     

    Presented Posters

    Presented posters will be displayed for the duration of the Conference. Each poster will be allocated a panel and the poster must not exceed A0 portrait size. Authors will be given a 3-minute presentation showing a maximum of two PowerPoint slides (one of which will be a title slide). Presenters will also be asked to attend their poster during a poster viewing session to discuss the poster with other delegates. Static Posters will be displayed for the duration of the Conference. Each poster will be allocated a panel and the poster must not exceed A0 portrait size. There will not be a formal presentation of static posters, but authors will be asked to attend their poster during a poster viewing session to discuss the poster with other delegates. Guidelines for Posters can be found here.

  • deadline for submissions : 15th July 2014  ***Extended

  • notification of acceptance : 1st  August, 2014

  •  final version papers : 15th August, 2014

     

Publication of Papers

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings

and submitted to different Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

 

Best papers will considered for contribution to a special volume of International Journal of Sustainable Agricultural Management and Informatics
